Seller Terms
Sellers must own or have rights to sell uploaded software packages. Sellers accept a 5% platform fee on gross sales. Payouts are tracked in the seller payout ledger and handled manually in the MVP phase.
Buyer Terms
Buyers receive access to approved digital downloads after successful payment confirmation.
